RDC Development is a professional partnership between MDG Design + Construction and Wavecrest Management that was formed specifically to address the challenge of repairing public housing for the long term. MDG and Wavecrest understand the key to effective affordable housing is more than the physical construction but lies in the continued support and infrastructure that allows residents to thrive. This includes timely responses to building issues, security, liaising with tenant associations, partnerships with social service providers to offer educational programs and events, and the holistic nurturing of the community.

Infinite Horizons is a comprehensive real estate firm specializing in project management, construction management, property management, and more. Created in response to the housing concerns in New York City, Infinite Horizons strives to transform vacant and underutilized properties back into community assets with the goal of preserving, stabilizing, and increasing the affordable housing stock for all New Yorkers in need of quality housing options.
